Progress Reports must be collected, analyzed and discussed in detail for change to occur.
A. 2 min squat test
- Complete as many squats as possible in 2 minutes
B. 2 min pushup hold test
- Hold in hollowed push up position for up to 2 min
C. 10 min squat sit test
- maintaining proper squat mechanics, sit in the squat for 10 min
D. 2 min hollow hold test
- hold in hollow body for 2 min.
E. 7 min run test
- Run max distance in 7 minutes.
