Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of: - Run x 200 meters - Bear Crawl x 25 meters - Kettlebell Swings (Russian) x 7 reps C. Complete 3 sets of: - Plank x :15 seconds - Side Plank (R) x :15 seconds - Plank x :15 seconds - Side Plank (L) x :15 seconds * rest 1 minute between sets
