A. Every 90 seconds, for 9 Minutes, perform:
- Pushups x 7-9 reps
*ALL OUT set on last set. (perform as many as possible)
B. Every Minute, On the Minute, for 12 Minutes:
Min 1: Run x 100 meters (50m out/50m back)
Min 2: Burpees x 4-5
C. 3 sets of:
- Hollow Hold x ALL OUT effort.
*Record number of pushups on last set of A. and number of seconds held for C.
