In Teams of 3:
2 partners are working while 1 partner rest.
As Many Rounds in 30 min of:
- 5 pushups
- 10 step back lunges
- 15 straight leg sit ups
*Partners only switch once all the work is completed. P1 goes to P2. P2 goes to P3. and so on.
Focus: Mixed modal aerobic work. Pacing this at 85% is the goal. The rest is built in to allow for recovery. The Run and mixed modal work is to be pace consistently for the entire 30 min period.
